During over fifty years of business the company has gained experience in all the construction sectors, from design to building, and has worked to realise buildings for every type of use.
From restoration to turn-key new building projects and large works, the design and realisation expertise acquired by CEV allows it to undertake building projects of any size or cost.
The dialogue between innovation and tradition, symbol and driver of the company’s continuity as ensured by the Vendramin family, is similarly shown in the techniques and day-to-day work of the collaborators and professionals appointed by CEV, with due regard to those buildings that must be restored and expert use of new materials and innovative technologies.
CEV’s economic and technical strength which allows it to undertake and execute any public contract, also involving unlimited costs, is guaranteed by its SOA certification (attesting the company meets the Italian legal requirements to undertake public contracts) and ISO 9001-2008.
Care for the environment and observing the principles of eco-sustainability distinguish all the works carried out by CEV. The adoption of construction methodologies, materials and technologies which are conscious of the energy needs of today, place the company at the forefront of the bio-construction industry and in the development of sources for the production of renewable energy and zero-impact solutions. Examples of excellence in the field of bio-construction include the residential complex “Residence Acqua Azzurra”, built along the banks of the Sile river, and the Casa delle Bottere, designed by architect John Pawson, which have respectively been awarded the Casa Clima and Casa Clima Oro certifications, the latter has been awarded to fewer than one hundred houses in the whole of Italy. In addition there is the specialisation acquired by CEV in the realisation of ground photovoltaic systems which, in 2011 alone, saw the installation of panels for over 11 megawatts, able to meet the energy needs of more than 3000 families.
